Communications Workshop | 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm | Open to all, required for Chapter Communications Chairs
After this presentation, the audience will understand Chapter, Region, and Society CC responsibilities, know what resources are available for Chapter CC, and be familiar with CC PAOE points. We will discuss website, social media, newsletter, digital tools (Basecamp), and e-mail. We will also discuss CC-related awards, goal setting, and resources.

Join our Student Activities workshop to learn how to be a successful chapter SA Chair. We will discuss best practices and resources, goals, and PAOE points. We will also have a brainstorming session where we can share our ideas and goals. You will leave with the knowledge and resources needed to have a great year!

Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) Workshop | 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm | Open to all, required for Chapter YEA Chairs
Ever wonder how ASHRAE attracts and develops young engineers for future membership and leadership in ASHRAE and the HVAC&R industry? Come to the YEA workshop to learn how! We’ll cover the resources ASHRAE has created at a society level to support YEA members including leadership weekends, YEA programs at the Winter and Annual conferences, and YEA honors and awards. We’ll also touch on how to connect with younger members at the chapter level and how to be the best YEA Chapter Chair possible!

This is your opportunity to learn the “Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How” of RP. You will learn ways to engage your membership in the year’s RP campaign. We will collaboratively establish achievable RP goals to support ASHRAE’s research.
